Within hours of the Israel-Hamas truce running out, the wounded start pouring into Gaza's already overwhelmed hospitals.

U.N. spokesperson Stephane Dujarric said on Friday that humanitarian aid delivery to Gaza is, quote, "uncertain" after the restart of fighting.
